Step 2 - Choosing Botanicals: You’ll learn about the key botanicals used in gin-making, from juniper berries to exotic spices. We’ll guide you through selecting your own mix, and give you ideas on how to personalize your gin with your favorite flavors.
Step 3 - Infusing Your Gin: After you’ve selected your botanicals, we’ll show you how to infuse them with the base spirit. While you prepare your infusion, we’ll explain the different infusion techniques and how they affect the final taste.
